Scots now enjoy "Auriga" Benches by Calzolari

Calzolari Street Furniture has been involved in one of the most important travel interventions undertaken around a large area in the historic centre of Glasgow, "Merchant City".

Glasgow City Council has launched a programme called “Spaces for People” consisting, among other interventions, of footway widening and road closures through the installation of decorative concrete planters and benches around Merchant City.

This long-term and sustainable project starring Auriga concrete bench with timber seat in exotic FSC® certified wood and Andromeda concrete planters by Calzolari, now encourages people to walk, to cycle and to take over public spaces.
