The new Reggio Calabria waterfront

The restyling of the Reggio Calabria waterfront based on the master plan signed by Zaha Hadid continues.

Last summer saw the inauguration of the new ‘Tempietto’ urban park, which includes play, sports and aggregative areas covering an area of 30,000 square metres in a unique natural setting on the city's waterfront.

Calzolari installed groups of chessboard tables with reconstructed stone seats, ‘Andromeda Connect’ intelligent benches with LED lighting and electric device recharging, and ‘Andromeda Stars’ benches with luminescent particles on the seat that have the property of absorbing sunlight and releasing it at night.
